If you’re not sure what type of content you should be posting on Instagram, using Instagram Insights is one of the best ways to see what type of content your audience engages the most. Insights can be hard to understand at first, but I’m breaking down which Insights you should be paying attention to. I suggest looking at the past 30 to 60 days to see what your top content is.
Top Liked Posts
When you view your most liked post, this shows you what your top images are.
Top Commented Posts
Your most commented posts are the best topics and questions that your audience responds to.
Top Shared Posts
Your most shared posts are the posts that are most relatable.
Top Bookmarked Posts
These are posts that your audience finds the most valuable.
This should be part of your Instagram Strategy. You should be checking your insights at least once a month. Keep track of your most liked, commented and shared posts. This is the type of content you should continue to create and that your audience wants to see!
